Capstone: Franklin Wellness Center-

This was my final project of my senior year of my undergraduate degree. We were tasked with remodeling a large building all by ourselves. My building was a junior high from the 1920s in northern Minnesota. I chose to create an inpatient and outpatient mental health facility joined with an alternative medicine facility, featuring things like acupuncture and IV therapy. In a space with so many providers and so many patients I had to be fairly thorough with my design. Shown below are perspective renderings along with the furniture plans for both floors of the building. I did this design using Autodesk Revit.
